Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Belgium.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • ■ Dry goods (ambient products)
    Standard delivery via DPD or postNL.
    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    Shipping fee: calculated at checkout / free above €100.
    ■ Refrigerated products (chilled items)
    Temperature-controlled delivery via DPD fresh.
    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    Shipping fee: calculated at checkout / free above €100.
    ■ Frozen products
    Frozen delivery via DPD fresh, packed with dry ice and insulated materials.
    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    Shipping fee: calculated at checkout / free above €100.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods.

Important Notice for Perishable Items
- We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery.
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed or delayed delivery attempts.
- Once shipped, responsibility for delivery conditions passes to the carrier.
