Concentrated tsuyu sauce, made from a blend of dashi soup stock and a mixture of soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Used for most Japanese noodle dishes (somen, soba or udon), hotpots and can be used as a dipping sauce for tempura.
Ingredients : Soy sauce (water, wheat), bonito flakes (fish), shiitake mushroom, kelp, isoglucose, sugar, salt, vinegar, seafood extract, yeast extract, alcohol, seasonings (amino acids)
